Beaded Crown: Face business of governance, Ladoja tells Makinde

 




The former Governor of Oyo State and the Otun Olubadan, Senator Rashidi Ladoja, has described  beaded-crown  for high chiefs in Oyo State has strange activities against traditional institution in Yoruba land.

He dissociate himself from upcoming beaded-crowning ceremony to be organized by the state government on Friday July 7th, 2023. 

Ladoja, made this disclosure during an interview with journalists in his Ondo Street, Bodija, Ibadan house shortly after observing Eid at the University of Ibadan Muslims praying ground.

Senator Ladoja specifically told the newsmen that he wants to be the Olubadan and not an elevated Oba.

According to him, “You don’t fix what is not broken.”, he urged the state government to face business of governance at this critical period instead of waking lifeless issues.
